Worship
In worship, both disciples and seekers encounter Christ in their minds and hearts through contemporary music and creative arts, passionate teaching relevant to today, and a welcoming spirit of community.
Spiritual Growth and Service
We grow as disciples of Christ through intentional and creative ministries of education, fellowship and service. New relationships are formed and strengthened here as people grow to understand each other as gifted members of the Body of Christ. People learn God's word and hear God's unique call to ministry, and are challenged and encouraged to follow with faith and boldness.
Stewardship
People at Rejoice come to see all things - each day on earth, spiritual gifts and material wealth - as given by our generous God. We actively search for meaningful and impactful ways to joyously return the gifts we've been given, and to faithfully carry out God's mission.
Leadership
Rejoice is characterized by a leadership culture in which all of its ministries are structured to attract, recognize, develop, apprentice, support and multiply current and potential leaders. Leaders are continually developed through ongoing training and coaching and are guided by appropriate standards, parameters and accountability.
Youth
Rejoice offers age-appropriate and creative resources for youth to encounter Christ and seek God's truth, serve Him with their gifts, be known in authentic community, and take initiative for ministry. Because parents are primary influences in their children's faith formation, Rejoice equips and partners with them to raise up their children as spiritual champions.
Evangelism
The people of Rejoice are moved and equipped to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, in word and deed, as a way of life.
